Invictus Career College complies with both the non discrimination based on the Rehabilitation Act of 1973 and the Disabilities Act of 1990 which prohibits schools or other businesses from discriminating against persons with disabilities. Barber School does not discriminate in its activities with students, employees, and clients. The school is against all forms of discrimination based on sex, religion, color, age, and any type of disability. Invictus Career College continues to comply with this Act by providing access ramps in and around the school making it possible for persons with wheelchair mobility to attend school and also get services here at the school.

FOR HANDICAPPED STUDENTS:

Invictus Career College complies with all the provisions of section 504 of the rehabilitation Act of 1973 in that no qualified handicapped person, by reason of the handicap, will be excluded from enrolling in a program or course of instruction. The school will work with any handicapped applicant to insure that needed support or special services are available.

Access for handicapped students is also available throughout the School.
