How long is the Cosmetology Operator program?

The Cosmetology Operator program requires 1000 clock hours, published as 8 months or 31 weeks.

What license does the cosmetology program prepare me for?

It prepares you for the Texas cosmetology operator license. Cosmetology licensing in Texas is regulated by the Texas Department of Licensing and Regulation, known as TDLR.

What grade do I need to graduate from cosmetology school?

You need a cumulative GPA of 70 percent or greater, along with the required clock hours and your completed coursework.

Is financial aid available for cosmetology students?

Yes. Invictus offers a 300 hour crossover program for students who already hold a cosmetology operator license and want a Class A Barber certificate.
